Meet Meghan,
your partner in healing and growth
Hi, I’m Meghan, and I know that reaching out for help takes courage. If you’re here, it means you’re ready for something to change—and that’s a powerful first step.

With over a decade of experience in helping professions, I’ve worked with individuals facing anxiety, trauma, addiction, and relationship challenges. My four years in addiction recovery showed me how shame can keep people stuck in cycles they desperately want to break. I am passionate about helping people release that shame, recognize their resilience, and move forward with confidence.

As a parent myself, I understand the emotional, mental, and physical toll that daily caregiving takes. Modern parenting is demanding—filled with love, pressure, exhaustion, and, at times, overwhelming guilt. Social media can make it easy to feel like everyone else is doing better, leaving you questioning yourself as a parent. I want to help parents feel supported, valued, and empowered to parent in a way that aligns with their values, free from self-doubt and guilt.

My Approach
I believe that healing isn’t about “fixing” you—because you’re not broken. It’s about understanding the parts of yourself that have been working so hard to protect you, even when those coping strategies no longer serve you. My work is client-centered, strength-based, and solution-focused, drawing from Internal Family Systems Therapy, Attachment Theory, and trauma-informed care to help you connect with yourself on a deeper level.

I strive to create a culturally sensitive, inclusive, and trauma-informed space where you feel safe to explore your emotions, process past experiences, and develop tools for a more balanced life.
A space where you can be fully seen and understood
Whether you’re navigating life transitions, struggling with boundaries, working through past trauma, or coping with the challenges of parenthood, I’m here to provide the support and strategies you need to create lasting change.
I now offer both virtual and in-person sessions in Maple Ridge to accommodate different preferences and needs.
